DEVA Partisi Genel Başkan Yardımcısı ve Mersin Milletvekili Mehmet Emin Ekmen ile Genel Başkan Yardımcısı ve Gaziantep Milletvekili Ertuğrul Kaya, Saadet-Gelecek grubuna katıldı. Böylelikle iki partinin milletvekili sayısı 21'e yükselerek TBMM grubu kurulmuş oldu

Gelecek Partisi'nden Ankara Milletvekili Nedim Yamalı istifa etti. Gelecek Partisi'nin milletvekili sayısı 8'e düştü. Yamalı'nın istifasıyla Saadet Partisi grubu düşmüş oldu. Nedim Yamalı'nın istifasının ardından 20 milletvekili olan Saadet Partisi grubu 19'a düşerken, grup kurma çoğunluğu kaybedildi. 2 DEVA PARTİLİ SAADET-GELECEK GRUBUNA GEÇTİ Bu gelişmenin ardından DEVA Partisi Genel Başkan Yardımcıları Mehmet Emin Ekmen ve Ertuğrul Kaya, Saadet-Gelecek grubuna geçti. Böylelikle milletvekili sayısı 21'e yükselerek grup kurulmuş oldu. Mehmet Emin Ekmen, resmi X hesabından yaptığı açıklamada şunları söyledi: "Demokratik siyasi zemini canlı ve diri kılan, seçmenlerin siyasi zemine olan inancı ve bağını belirleyen, iktidardan çok muhalefettir. Meclis'te bir siyasi grubun varlığını sürdürmesinin önemi, bu hafta Saadet-Gelecek grubunun söz hakkının sona ermesi ile bir kez daha ortaya çıktı. CHP’nin çarşamba günü genel kurulu protesto etmesi ile de muhalefetin eksilmesinin/yokluğunun sonuçları bir kez daha derinden hissedildi. Çatı parti ile ortak TBMM grubu kurma girişimi devam ederken, parti yetkili kurullarımızın onayı ile süreç tamamlanana kadar, Saadet-Gelecek grubunun varlığını sürdürmek amacıyla arkadaşımız Ertuğrul Kaya ile Saadet-Gelecek grubuna katılma dilekçemizi TBMM başkanlığına verdik. "
